£4.65 for all orders.
A fully tracked express option to monitor your parcel's progress with quick delivery. Ships at the next available shipping time from our warehouse. You will be notified via email when your order ships.


All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail. Depending on your selection, the product will be shipped as soon as possible, preferably that day or the next.

You will receive an email notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

We post usually the next day, Monday to Friday. For orders received after 9 am Friday, they may be sent the following Monday.

How will you ship my products?

We use Royal Mail to ship within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Orders that are in stock are generally shipped the next working day.

All products are shipped in biodegradable, plastic-free packaging.

My item hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Some parcels may take longer than expected due to operational reasons with Royal Mail, and outside the scope of BotaniVie. BotaniVie will help to locate or make an enquiry on your behalf if you experience a delay. For more information on Royal Mail delays, visit: Royal Mail - Lost/ Delayed Items.

When your parcel arrives depends on which service you selected at the checkout to send it.

Royal Mail 48 (Tracked 48):

  • Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 - 3 working days. (Please add an extra working day if there's a Redirection in place.)
  • If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 2 working days, please get in touch with BotaniVie. We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf. Royal Mail may, under certain circumstances, take up to 10 working days to make the delivery.

Royal Mail 24 (Tracked 24):

  • Royal Mail aims to deliver by the next working day. (Please add an extra working day if there's a Redirection in place.)
  • If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 2 working days, please get in touch with BotaniVie. We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf. Royal Mail may, under certain circumstances, take up to 10 working days to make the delivery.

My item is shown as delivered but it hasn't been?

What can I do if my item is shown as delivered but it hasn’t been received?

  • Check whether the item was sent using a service that is tracked. If it was, do you recognise the delivery location in the acceptance image on the Royal Mail Tracking site?
  • If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated safe place if you have one.
  • If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.

What if the item can’t be located and the address was correct?

  • If the item has been scanned as delivered today, but it can't be located, this may be due to a rare scanning error by Royal Mail. Please allow an extra day for the item to be delivered before contacting BotaniVie.
  • Contact BotaniVie, and we will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf.

My item was attempted to be delivered, held by Royal Mail and has since been returned to sender (BotaniVie)?

  • If BotaniVie notify you or Royal Mail advises the parcel has been returned to sender, please contact BotaniVie (info@botanivie.co.uk).
  • To resend your parcel, you will be required to pay for any additional shipping charges. BotaniVie will contact you to advise the charges.

International Deliveries:

At this stage, we do not provide international postage/ shipping outside of the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales).
