How can I check the full ingredients list of a product?
Each product page includes an ‘Ingredients’ tab which contains the full list of ingredients found in the product. Please contact us if you have any queries about an ingredient: email@example.com.
Do the products contain any nasty chemicals?
BotaniVie is proud to offer products free of skin irritants, including parabens, petrochemicals, mineral oils or silicones.
Our philosophy at BotaniVie is that we believe in natural. Therefore, our products are derived from nature’s garden, using key ingredients such as shea butter, honey, goats’ milk, alpaca keratin, coffee grinds, or plant-derived oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, avocado oil... the list goes on!
Do the products contain Palm Oil?
We have many products that are palm-oil free. Use the product icons box to check the specifications of a product.
We stock some products that do contain certified eco-sustainable palm oil.
We carefully select manufacturers that adhere to global initiatives and certification practices (such as Certified eco-sustainable Palm Oil CSPO) to ensure only ethically sourced palm oil is used. Are the products tested on animals?
No. Testing cosmetic products or ingredients on animals is banned in the UK and EU. BotaniVie complies with this strict cruelty-free policy. No products or ingredients are tested on animals, and many of our brands are also accredited cruelty-free. We work with small, independent brands who have ethical practices at their core, therefore they do not work with any suppliers or products that cannot be traced back to Cruelty-Free practices.
Are the products vegan?
We use natural ingredients designed to care for various skin types and conditions. We have a range of products that are both vegan and non-vegan. See our Vegan Range.
What is the shelf life of a product?
Product shelf life, once opened, is included on the packaging where required. Please contact us for details on a specific product: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
All our postage packaging is made from biodegradable and/or recyclable materials and is 100% plastic-free. We try to reuse boxes and packaging as much as possible to minimise waste.
For example: shipping boxes are made from recycled paper, recyclable wood wool postal filler is made from left over waste wood from the building industry, which would otherwise be disposed of. Eco-friendly wrapping paper is made from recycled paper, is biodegradable and printed with soya-based ink. Our tissue paper is vegan, biodegradable, recyclable and printed with water-based ink. Kraft packaging tape is biodegradable, and our custom-made stickers are made from 100% recycled paper.
We have considered every layer of packaging to ensure each step is as environmentally friendly as possible, all the way to your door.
A products specific packaging is listed in the product description. This can include recyclable & reusable glass, aluminum, cardboard and very minimal plastic.
Where are the products made?
Most of our products are made in the UK. A select few items are made in the EU and are clearly noted on the products page.
Are the products safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
We recommend that you consult your doctor about specific products or ingredients before purchasing.
Are the products suitable for my skin type: dry, sensitive, oily, acne-prone, or mature?
Yes! Our products are natural and mild on skin and are suitable for various skin types. From our shop page, it is possible to search for products based on a particular skin type, which will display only the products you wish to view in this category.
Please check the ingredients list on each product page to confirm that you are not allergic to a particular ingredient. We recommend doing a small patch test before using a new product on your skin to avoid any adverse allergic reaction.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
Please Contact Us as soon as possible to deal with a change or cancellation to a recent order. We will try to manually modify the order before it is shipped.
What payment methods does BotaniVie accept?
We accept all standard payments by Visa Credit & Debit, Mastercard Credit & Debit. Using Express checkout, you can benefit from additional payment options from Shop Pay, Pay Pal and Google Pay.
How do I earn or redeem reward points?
To unlock access to points and rewards, please sign up to become a member.
The Account tab provides access to your Log In, allows you to view your points and automatically issues a unique discount code to spend your reward points at the check out.
Use the ‘Rewards’ tab on our website to create an account and get started as a member.
Can I purchase an e-gift card?
Yes! If you don’t know what to buy a friend or a loved one or wish to send someone a little something special where they can choose their goodies, then this is a great option.
You can purchase an e-gift card for different amounts. Simply choose the amount of credit you would like to purchase, and we’ll do the rest!

Can I add a gift card and note to my order?
Yes! You can add an Eco-Friendly gift wrapping & card option when adding a product to the shopping cart or at the final cart phase. You can add your personalised message in the box provided, and we’ll include your note on a pretty little card so your friend or loved one knows you’re thinking of them.

What delivery options do you offer?
All UK orders over £35 are shipped free with our trackable and express delivery method.
We have four delivery options available. Choose your preferred option at the checkout: Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Free Local Delivery from our Warehouse.

How can I track the status of my order?
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - you will be notified via email when your order ships from our warehouse. Standard delivery is not a tracked service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – fully tracked service. Ships at the next available shipping time from our warehouse. You will be notified via email when your order ships. The tracking number provided allows you to track your goodies to the door.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – fully tracked service. Ships at the next available shipping time from our warehouse. You will be notified via email when your order ships. The tracking number provided allows you to track your goodies to the door.
What is the cut-off time for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery?
